Hire Fees
Room and Hall Hire
We have 2 halls, and several smaller rooms which are available for hire for events, meetings, community outreach and services.
The funds raised from hall hire help us keep our doors open – going towards utilities, maintenance and occasional upgrades.
Main Hall
The main hall is suitable for formal events and large meetings for up to 150 people (seated only) or 100 guests if using tables and chairs.
Facilities include disabled access and accessible toilet facilities,
semi-commercial kitchen, crockery, on-site parking, heating, ceiling fans, stage area and lovely polished floorboards.
A wide range of events happen in our main hall, for example:
The Federal Election, Tai Chi, dance groups, AGM’s and birthday parties.
Sorry, no 18th or 21st birthday parties, in accordance with council policy.
PlayStation Hall
The Playstation Hall is a more informal hall, designed with kids in mind. It includes outdoor play area (including covered area), soft fall play areas, kitchen facilities (tea/coffee and re-heat facilities), air conditioning. The Playstation hall will comfortably fit about 60 guests (seated only)
Conference Room
1 PC with internet connection, whiteboard, air conditioning, a comfortable space for up to 15.
Consultation and Meeting Rooms
Consultation Room: suitable for 1:1
Wellness services such as massage, beauty treatments, community outreach and meetings.
Meeting Room: suitable for 1:1
Counselling and small meetings up to 10 people.
