This group aims to give some practical support and guidance to new mothers.
- Learn Tips for playing with bubs
- Safe space to meet other mums
- Relaxation & support for mums
Cost: FREE!
When: Thursdays, fortnightly Starting 27th of September
Where: Belmont Neighbourhood Centre, 359 Pacific Highway, Belmont North
Bring a blanket or mat & anything your child may need.
This group is a join project of Belmont Neighbourhood Centre and a local Occupational Therapist.
