All welcome at Belmont Neighbourhood Centre’s ‘R U OK’ Day, Community Lunch!
Each year, BNC throws a special lunch event for R U OK Day. We take some time to share a meal, check in with each other, ask the question “Are you ok?” and support honest conversations about mental health.
These events aim to support vulnerable people in the community who are socially isolated, sometimes feel a little bit lonely, or who are going through a rough patch. Attendees will have an opportunity to have a chat with friendly local people and participate in icebreaker activities to get conversation flowing.
